About The Deedbox
The Deedbox is a Dubai-based document-preparation service for UAE powers of attorney and wills. We help customers work out the correct route, prepare the document from their instructions, review the case, show the full draft for approval and keep the resulting versions together in a secure account.
What we work on
Our primary work is a UAE document for use in the UAE: property, vehicle, business, litigation and general powers of attorney, together with the UAE will-registration routes we can accurately describe.
We also prepare UAE-origin powers of attorney intended for use abroad. Those cases remain UAE-centred: the document starts here, then follows the attestation and destination-country process published by the authorities on that route. We do not publish generic foreign-law forms or promise that a foreign authority will accept a document merely because an earlier stamp was completed.
Who does what
- You provide the facts, identify the transaction and approve the full draft.
- The Deedbox prepares the document and manages the case record.
- A notary or registry executes, notarises or registers it where required.
- The receiving authority decides whether the document meets its requirements.
- A lawyer advises on legal effect or disputes where legal advice is needed.
The Deedbox is not a law firm, not a notary and not a government authority. Using the service does not create a lawyer-client relationship.
How we handle trust
Authority requirements are attributed to the authority that published them. When a source does not answer a question, the page says so. We do not turn silence into a universal rule and do not use a blanket review badge. Any future attribution must identify the reviewer, date and exact version for that specific item.
Customer approval is also specific. A rejected draft is retained as history rather than silently overwritten, and a customer approves the version they have actually read. Approval does not itself notarise, register or guarantee acceptance of the document.
