Privacy Policy
We collect only what a document needs: your contact details, the instructions you give us, and the files you choose to share. Payments are processed by the payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.
Your information is used to prepare your documents, coordinate with the relevant authorities and run your account. We do not sell personal data, and we share it only with the authorities and licensed parties required to complete your document.
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion at any time via info@dubailegalexpert.com. Deletion is subject to the retention rules below.
Terms of Service
The Deedbox is a legal-document preparation service. It is not a law firm and not a notary office, and using it does not create a lawyer–client relationship. Documents are reviewed by qualified legal professionals, but nothing on this site is legal advice.
You see a draft before you pay. Work begins after payment, and you approve the final text before any notarisation or registration step. Notarisation, registration and acceptance are performed solely by the relevant authorities — the DIFC Courts Wills Service, the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department, Dubai Courts or the Notary Public — and may be refused by them.
Timings shown on this site are indicative estimates, not commitments. Government fees can change; where a change affects your total, we tell you before you are charged, not after.
Refund Policy
Before work begins on your document, you can cancel for a full refund. Once drafting has begun, we refund the price less the work already completed, itemised on request.
If a document we prepared is rejected by the receiving authority because of how we prepared it, we redo it free of charge — or refund you in full if we cannot put it right.
Government fees already paid to an authority on your behalf are refundable only to the extent the authority refunds them to us.
Data Retention
Your documents stay in your account for as long as you keep it — every version retained, never overwritten, so the record of who approved what and when survives.
If you ask us to delete your account we remove personal data within 30 days, except records we are required by law to keep (for example invoices for tax purposes), which are kept for the legally required period only.
Death-access: the people you name can request access to your Deedbox after verification. We never release documents on the strength of a password alone.
Complaints

We answer or resolve within five working days. If you are not satisfied with the answer, your complaint goes to a director for a final written response.
