What to include
Four things answer most of what we would otherwise have to ask, and they are the same four that decide which document you actually need.
- Which document - a Will, or a power of attorney and what for.
- Which emirate, and which authority will receive it if you already know.
- Whether you are in the UAE, or signing from abroad.
- Any deadline you are working to.
What we are
