What to include

Four things answer most of what we would otherwise have to ask, and they are the same four that decide which document you actually need.

  • Which document - a Will, or a power of attorney and what for.
  • Which emirate, and which authority will receive it if you already know.
  • Whether you are in the UAE, or signing from abroad.
  • Any deadline you are working to.

What we are

The Deedbox prepares UAE Wills and powers of attorney and keeps them in your account. We are not a law firm and not a notary. Where a question turns on legal effect rather than on a published requirement, it needs a lawyer, and we will say so rather than answer it.
