Using a Kazakhstan Power of Attorney in the UAE and making a UAE Will remotely
If you are in Kazakhstan and need someone to act for a transaction in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah or Fujairah, obtain the UAE receiver’s required wording before signing. Kazakhstan’s Foreign Ministry publishes a legalisation service for documents going abroad and says Kazakhstan-notarised documents must comply with the national notarial record rules. Its current checklist accepts originals and notarised copies and requires the document, identity evidence, fee evidence and proof of authority where a representative files. UAE MOFA places an outside-UAE document through the issuing-country Foreign Ministry and the responsible UAE mission. The UAE Embassy in Astana publishes no detailed POA checklist, so its submission method must be confirmed rather than inferred. A UAE Will follows a separate registry process and must be executed personally by the testator.

The Kazakhstan-to-UAE route at a glance
Legalisation verifies the official signature and seal in the document chain. It does not approve the POA’s powers or compel a land authority, court, bank, company registrar or vehicle authority in the UAE to accept it. The final receiver must define the transaction before the Kazakhstan notarial and legalisation steps begin.

What Kazakhstan’s Foreign Ministry requires for legalisation
Kazakhstan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs says legalisation establishes and verifies the authenticity of a signature and seal on a document intended for another state. Within Kazakhstan, the Consular Service Department in Astana and the Ministry’s representative office in Almaty perform the service; Kazakhstan missions perform it abroad. This corridor concerns a document executed in Kazakhstan for UAE use.
For an individual application, the published list includes an application in any form, identity evidence, the document to be legalised, proof of payment of the consular fee and proof of authority if a representative submits it. The service accepts originals and notarised copies. A Kazakhstan-notarised document intended for use abroad must comply with Chapter 10 of the national Notarial Record Management Rules.
The Ministry also lists documents it will not legalise, including a document without the authorised signature and seal, and a notarised copy or translation where the underlying original lacks the authorised signature and seal. It also excludes electronic documents and original identity documents other than a birth certificate. Those published exclusions are reasons to check the document form before paying for translation or arranging delivery.

Published timing is an authority window, not a delivery promise
The Kazakhstan Foreign Ministry currently publishes a three-working-day processing period. It also says the period may extend to 30 calendar days where additional examination or verification is needed, with written notice to the applicant.
That window covers the Kazakhstan legalisation service only. It does not include notarial preparation, translation, the UAE Embassy stage, UAE MOFA processing, courier movement or review by the final UAE receiver. The Deedbox does not promise a completion date based on one authority’s published stage.
Urgency should therefore be discussed with the receiver and every authority in the chain before execution. A short legalisation window cannot cure missing powers, an unacceptable document form or an unavailable mission submission method.
The UAE Embassy in Astana step must be confirmed directly
UAE MOFA says a document issued outside the UAE must first be attested by the Foreign Ministry of the issuing country and can then be attested through the UAE Embassy or Consulate there. The service route is assigned according to the issuing authority and document type.
The official UAE Embassy in Astana site confirms the responsible mission, but it currently publishes no detailed POA document list, appointment rule, courier method, fee or turnaround. This page therefore does not borrow a process from another UAE embassy or claim that the Kazakhstan step is upload-only.
Before signing, confirm with the mission whether the original and any translation must both be submitted, whether personal attendance or representative filing is allowed, how personal and commercial POAs are classified, which UAE MOFA application path applies and how the completed document will be returned.

Запросы могут звучать как «доверенность из Казахстана для ОАЭ», «доверенность на продажу квартиры в Дубае» или «легализация доверенности для Эмиратов». Даже генеральная доверенность не гарантирует, что банк, земельный орган, суд или транспортное ведомство примет полномочия без проверки.

Draft for the UAE receiver, not for an emirate keyword
A Dubai property transfer, Abu Dhabi court matter, Sharjah vehicle transfer, RAK company change and Fujairah bank instruction may share the Kazakhstan-to-UAE legalisation chain, but they do not share one universal set of powers.
For property, identify the land authority, asset, sale or purchase, mortgage or developer involvement and authority to receive proceeds. For vehicles, separate sale, transfer, export and receipt powers. For companies, identify the entity, licence and corporate act. For banking, obtain the institution’s written wording before signing in Kazakhstan.
One substantial Kazakhstan-to-UAE corridor therefore answers the changing Kazakhstan stage and routes each UAE task to its actual receiver. Near-identical Kazakhstan-to-Dubai, Kazakhstan-to-Sharjah, Kazakhstan-to-RAK and Kazakhstan-to-Fujairah pages would be doorway content and are not published.
Can a person in Kazakhstan make a UAE Will remotely?
A Kazakhstan өсиет or завещание is not automatically a substitute for a Will registered through a UAE route, and a UAE Will is not automatically effective for a Kazakhstan estate. Legalisation cannot decide those cross-border succession questions.
DIFC Courts publishes that an eligible non-Muslim testator need not be UAE-resident and may use a virtual registration appointment, with witnesses joining from anywhere. Abu Dhabi Judicial Department publishes a Civil Will route for a non-UAE citizen regardless of religion, using an English-Arabic template and online notarial attendance after review. Dubai Courts distinguishes online attendance with a valid Emirates ID from passport-only personal appearance.
The registry decision depends on eligibility, religion where relevant, UAE assets, family circumstances, language and attendance—not Kazakhstan nationality alone. The testator must personally execute the Will through the chosen registry; a representative under a сенімхат or доверенность cannot sign it instead.
